Financial Analyst - cost modelling (remote)

Northwind Clear Banking Services is a community-focused bank in Jacksonville serving households and small businesses, and we need a Financial Analyst to lead our cost modelling. You would join a small organisation of about 23 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Prepare board and lender packs with clear charts. • Support pricing and investment decisions with careful analysis. • Build and update budgets and rolling forecasts with department leads. • Explain monthly variances in plain language for managers. • Model the cost of fraud alerts and recommend where to save. What we are looking for • Advanced Excel skills; SQL or BI experience helps. • Comfort presenting numbers to people who are not finance specialists. • Two to five years in financial analysis or a similar role. Nice to have • A relevant degree or certification. • Experience with deposit accounts. Working arrangement • Full-time, on a regular day shift. • Remote-friendly, with an occasional day on site in Jacksonville. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
