Financial Analyst - cost modelling (remote)

Greenridge Iron Markets is a Tampa retailer with stores, a distribution centre and online ordering, and we need a Financial Analyst to lead our cost modelling. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Prepare board and lender packs with clear charts. • Model the cost of shrink and waste and recommend where to save. • Automate recurring reports so they take hours, not days. • Support pricing and investment decisions with careful analysis. • Explain monthly variances in plain language for managers. What we are looking for • Two to five years in financial analysis or a similar role. • Comfort presenting numbers to people who are not finance specialists. • Advanced Excel skills; SQL or BI experience helps. Nice to have • A relevant degree or certification. • Experience with store inventory. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • Fully remote, with quarterly visits in Tampa. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
