Financial Analyst - cost modelling (remote)

Redstone Beacon Manufacturing makes precision components in Omaha, and we need a Financial Analyst to lead our cost modelling. Shifts are steady and overtime is planned. What you will do • Explain monthly variances in plain language for managers. • Build and update budgets and rolling forecasts with department leads. • Automate recurring reports so they take hours, not days. • Support pricing and investment decisions with careful analysis. • Prepare board and lender packs with clear charts. What we are looking for • Two to five years in financial analysis or a similar role. • Comfort presenting numbers to people who are not finance specialists. • Advanced Excel skills; SQL or BI experience helps. Nice to have • A relevant degree or certification. • Experience with work orders. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 20 hours a week, spread across three days. • Remote-friendly, with a monthly team day in Omaha. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
