Financial Analyst - cost modelling (remote)

Nova Maple Water Authority Group is a public water utility serving the Toledo area. We are hiring a Financial Analyst to take on cost modelling. Safety and public health guide our decisions. What you will do • Automate recurring reports so they take hours, not days. • Explain monthly variances in plain language for managers. • Prepare board and lender packs with clear charts. • Build and update budgets and rolling forecasts with department leads. • Model the cost of pipe repairs and recommend where to save. What we are looking for • Two to five years in financial analysis or a similar role. • Advanced Excel skills; SQL or BI experience helps. • Comfort presenting numbers to people who are not finance specialists. Nice to have • A relevant degree or certification. • Experience with treatment plant data. Working arrangement • Contract for four months, with a review at the end and a chance of extension. • Remote-friendly, with quarterly visits in Toledo. • We reply to every applicant.
