Financial Analyst - cost modelling (remote)

We are growing our team at Harborlight Timber Early Learning and adding a Financial Analyst whose main responsibility will be cost modelling. You would join a large organisation of more than 1,000 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Model the cost of enrolment and recommend where to save. • Explain monthly variances in plain language for managers. • Build and update budgets and rolling forecasts with department leads. • Support pricing and investment decisions with careful analysis. • Prepare board and lender packs with clear charts. What we are looking for • Two to five years in financial analysis or a similar role. • Comfort presenting numbers to people who are not finance specialists. • Advanced Excel skills; SQL or BI experience helps. Nice to have • A relevant degree or certification. • Experience with classroom supplies. Working arrangement • Contract for six months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • Fully remote, with quarterly visits in Virginia Beach. • We reply to every applicant.
