Financial Analyst - cost modelling (remote)

Northwind Quarry Banking Services Group is a community-focused bank in Madison serving households and small businesses. We are hiring a Financial Analyst to take on cost modelling. We promote from within and train well. What you will do • Build and update budgets and rolling forecasts with department leads. • Support pricing and investment decisions with careful analysis. • Model the cost of deposit accounts and recommend where to save. • Explain monthly variances in plain language for managers. • Prepare board and lender packs with clear charts. What we are looking for • Advanced Excel skills; SQL or BI experience helps. • Two to five years in financial analysis or a similar role. • Comfort presenting numbers to people who are not finance specialists. Nice to have • A relevant degree or certification. • Experience with branch operations. Working arrangement • Full-time, with a steady weekday schedule. • Fully remote, with quarterly visits in Madison. • We reply to every applicant.
