Financial Analyst - cost modelling (remote)

Cedar Corner Water Authority operates treatment plants and pipelines around Charleston. We are hiring a Financial Analyst to take on cost modelling. You would join a small organisation of about 41 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Automate recurring reports so they take hours, not days. • Prepare board and lender packs with clear charts. • Model the cost of treatment plant data and recommend where to save. • Explain monthly variances in plain language for managers. • Support pricing and investment decisions with careful analysis. What we are looking for • Advanced Excel skills; SQL or BI experience helps. • Two to five years in financial analysis or a similar role. • Comfort presenting numbers to people who are not finance specialists. Nice to have • A relevant degree or certification. • Experience with billing accounts. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 28 hours a week, mornings. • Fully remote, with a monthly team day in Charleston. • We reply to every applicant.
