Financial Analyst - cost modelling (remote)

Silverline Mill Transit Planning Group helps transport agencies around Pittsburgh design routes and schedules, and we need a Financial Analyst to lead our cost modelling. You would join a small organisation of about 25 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Automate recurring reports so they take hours, not days. • Prepare board and lender packs with clear charts. • Explain monthly variances in plain language for managers. • Support pricing and investment decisions with careful analysis. • Build and update budgets and rolling forecasts with department leads. What we are looking for • Comfort presenting numbers to people who are not finance specialists. • Two to five years in financial analysis or a similar role. • Advanced Excel skills; SQL or BI experience helps. Nice to have • Experience with accessibility audits. • A relevant degree or certification. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 28 hours a week, mornings. • Fully remote, with an occasional day on site in Pittsburgh. • We reply to every applicant.
