Financial Analyst - cost modelling (remote)

Harborlight Hollow Transit Planning plans bus and rail service for cities around Memphis, and we need a Financial Analyst to lead our cost modelling. You would join a large organisation of about 203 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Prepare board and lender packs with clear charts. • Build and update budgets and rolling forecasts with department leads. • Support pricing and investment decisions with careful analysis. • Model the cost of route schedules and recommend where to save. • Explain monthly variances in plain language for managers. What we are looking for • Comfort presenting numbers to people who are not finance specialists. • Two to five years in financial analysis or a similar role. • Advanced Excel skills; SQL or BI experience helps. Nice to have • Experience with survey data. • A relevant degree or certification. Working arrangement • Full-time, on a regular day shift. • Remote-friendly, with a monthly team day in Memphis. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
