Financial Analyst - cost modelling (remote)

We are growing our team at Clearpath Maple Markets and adding a Financial Analyst whose main responsibility will be cost modelling. We are friendly and busy, especially on weekends. What you will do • Build and update budgets and rolling forecasts with department leads. • Explain monthly variances in plain language for managers. • Model the cost of pricing and recommend where to save. • Automate recurring reports so they take hours, not days. • Prepare board and lender packs with clear charts. What we are looking for • Advanced Excel skills; SQL or BI experience helps. • Comfort presenting numbers to people who are not finance specialists. • Two to five years in financial analysis or a similar role. Nice to have • A relevant degree or certification. • Experience with store inventory. Working arrangement • Full-time, on a regular day shift. • Fully remote, with a monthly team day in Richmond. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
