Financial Analyst - cost modelling (remote)

Foxglove Iron Insurance is an insurance company in Miami with claims and service teams. We are hiring a Financial Analyst to take on cost modelling. We care about how people feel on the worst day of their year. What you will do • Automate recurring reports so they take hours, not days. • Explain monthly variances in plain language for managers. • Model the cost of customer complaints and recommend where to save. • Prepare board and lender packs with clear charts. • Build and update budgets and rolling forecasts with department leads. What we are looking for • Comfort presenting numbers to people who are not finance specialists. • Two to five years in financial analysis or a similar role. • Advanced Excel skills; SQL or BI experience helps. Nice to have • A relevant degree or certification. • Experience with claims. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • Fully remote, with a monthly team day in Miami. • We reply to every applicant.
