Financial Analyst - cost modelling (remote)

Fernwood Ridge Learning Group runs classrooms and tutoring across the Tucson area, and we need a Financial Analyst to lead our cost modelling. Families are partners. What you will do • Automate recurring reports so they take hours, not days. • Build and update budgets and rolling forecasts with department leads. • Explain monthly variances in plain language for managers. • Model the cost of learning materials and recommend where to save. • Support pricing and investment decisions with careful analysis. What we are looking for • Two to five years in financial analysis or a similar role. • Comfort presenting numbers to people who are not finance specialists. • Advanced Excel skills; SQL or BI experience helps. Nice to have • Experience with attendance records. • A relevant degree or certification. Working arrangement • Contract for four months, with a review at the end and a chance of extension. • Remote-friendly, with quarterly visits in Tucson. • We reply to every applicant.
