Financial Analyst - cost modelling (remote)

Lumen Sable Early Learning runs childcare centres in El Paso caring for infants, toddlers and preschoolers, and we need a Financial Analyst to lead our cost modelling. You would join a small organisation of about 42 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Build and update budgets and rolling forecasts with department leads. • Support pricing and investment decisions with careful analysis. • Prepare board and lender packs with clear charts. • Explain monthly variances in plain language for managers. • Automate recurring reports so they take hours, not days. What we are looking for • Advanced Excel skills; SQL or BI experience helps. • Comfort presenting numbers to people who are not finance specialists. • Two to five years in financial analysis or a similar role. Nice to have • Experience with classroom supplies. • A relevant degree or certification. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 24 hours a week, afternoons. • Fully remote, with quarterly visits in El Paso. • We reply to every applicant.
