Financial Analyst - cost modelling (remote)

Greenridge Amber Early Learning runs childcare centres in Spokane caring for infants, toddlers and preschoolers. We are hiring a Financial Analyst to take on cost modelling. You would join a large organisation of more than 1,000 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Prepare board and lender packs with clear charts. • Automate recurring reports so they take hours, not days. • Explain monthly variances in plain language for managers. • Support pricing and investment decisions with careful analysis. • Model the cost of tuition and subsidies and recommend where to save. What we are looking for • Comfort presenting numbers to people who are not finance specialists. • Advanced Excel skills; SQL or BI experience helps. • Two to five years in financial analysis or a similar role. Nice to have • Experience with family communication. • A relevant degree or certification. Working arrangement • Full-time, with a steady weekday schedule. • Fully remote, with a monthly team day in Spokane. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
