Financial Analyst - cost modelling (remote)

Greenridge River Insurance provides coverage to households and businesses around Fresno. We are hiring a Financial Analyst to take on cost modelling. You would join a large organisation of more than 1,000 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Model the cost of underwriting files and recommend where to save. • Prepare board and lender packs with clear charts. • Build and update budgets and rolling forecasts with department leads. • Support pricing and investment decisions with careful analysis. • Explain monthly variances in plain language for managers. What we are looking for • Advanced Excel skills; SQL or BI experience helps. • Two to five years in financial analysis or a similar role. • Comfort presenting numbers to people who are not finance specialists. Nice to have • A relevant degree or certification. • Experience with policy renewals. Working arrangement • Contract for twelve months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • Remote-friendly, with a monthly team day in Fresno. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
