Financial Analyst - cost modelling (remote)

Nova Juniper Foods Group makes sauces, snacks and prepared meals in Minneapolis, and we need a Financial Analyst to lead our cost modelling. You would join a small organisation of about 49 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Explain monthly variances in plain language for managers. • Prepare board and lender packs with clear charts. • Automate recurring reports so they take hours, not days. • Build and update budgets and rolling forecasts with department leads. • Support pricing and investment decisions with careful analysis. What we are looking for • Advanced Excel skills; SQL or BI experience helps. • Comfort presenting numbers to people who are not finance specialists. • Two to five years in financial analysis or a similar role. Nice to have • A relevant degree or certification. • Experience with production batches. Working arrangement • Contract for three months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • Remote-friendly, with quarterly visits in Minneapolis. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
