Financial Analyst - cost modelling (remote)

Redstone Basin Civic Services Group works with county and city offices around Jacksonville. We are hiring a Financial Analyst to take on cost modelling. Public service means patience, paperwork and pride in the outcome. What you will do • Prepare board and lender packs with clear charts. • Explain monthly variances in plain language for managers. • Automate recurring reports so they take hours, not days. • Support pricing and investment decisions with careful analysis. • Build and update budgets and rolling forecasts with department leads. What we are looking for • Advanced Excel skills; SQL or BI experience helps. • Two to five years in financial analysis or a similar role. • Comfort presenting numbers to people who are not finance specialists. Nice to have • A relevant degree or certification. • Experience with procurement. Working arrangement • Contract for eight months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • Remote-friendly, with quarterly visits in Jacksonville. • We reply to every applicant.
