Financial Analyst - cost modelling (remote)

We are growing our team at Rivermark Kestrel Learning Group and adding a Financial Analyst whose main responsibility will be cost modelling. You would join a small organisation of about 48 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Support pricing and investment decisions with careful analysis. • Prepare board and lender packs with clear charts. • Model the cost of family communication and recommend where to save. • Explain monthly variances in plain language for managers. • Build and update budgets and rolling forecasts with department leads. What we are looking for • Two to five years in financial analysis or a similar role. • Comfort presenting numbers to people who are not finance specialists. • Advanced Excel skills; SQL or BI experience helps. Nice to have • A relevant degree or certification. • Experience with enrolment. Working arrangement • Full-time, with a steady weekday schedule. • Fully remote, with an occasional day on site in Anchorage. • We reply to every applicant.
