Financial Analyst - cost modelling (remote)

We are growing our team at Lumen Wilder Learning Group and adding a Financial Analyst whose main responsibility will be cost modelling. Families are partners. What you will do • Explain monthly variances in plain language for managers. • Support pricing and investment decisions with careful analysis. • Prepare board and lender packs with clear charts. • Automate recurring reports so they take hours, not days. • Model the cost of family communication and recommend where to save. What we are looking for • Two to five years in financial analysis or a similar role. • Advanced Excel skills; SQL or BI experience helps. • Comfort presenting numbers to people who are not finance specialists. Nice to have • Experience with student accounts. • A relevant degree or certification. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • Fully remote, with a monthly team day in Boise. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
