Financial Analyst - cost modelling (remote)

Nova River Early Learning operates neighbourhood childcare around New Orleans. We are hiring a Financial Analyst to take on cost modelling. We celebrate small wins and steady routines. What you will do • Build and update budgets and rolling forecasts with department leads. • Model the cost of enrolment and recommend where to save. • Explain monthly variances in plain language for managers. • Automate recurring reports so they take hours, not days. • Support pricing and investment decisions with careful analysis. What we are looking for • Advanced Excel skills; SQL or BI experience helps. • Two to five years in financial analysis or a similar role. • Comfort presenting numbers to people who are not finance specialists. Nice to have • Experience with family communication. • A relevant degree or certification. Working arrangement • Contract for six months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • Fully remote, with an occasional day on site in New Orleans. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
