Financial Analyst - cost modelling (remote)

Bright Glen Civic Services provides shared administrative services to local governments around Tulsa, and we need a Financial Analyst to lead our cost modelling. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Model the cost of budget submissions and recommend where to save. • Prepare board and lender packs with clear charts. • Automate recurring reports so they take hours, not days. • Explain monthly variances in plain language for managers. • Support pricing and investment decisions with careful analysis. What we are looking for • Advanced Excel skills; SQL or BI experience helps. • Comfort presenting numbers to people who are not finance specialists. • Two to five years in financial analysis or a similar role. Nice to have • Experience with permits. • A relevant degree or certification. Working arrangement • Contract for nine months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • Fully remote, with an occasional day on site in Tulsa. • We reply to every applicant.
