Financial Analyst - cost modelling (remote)

Lumen Ridge Early Learning is looking for a Financial Analyst. The job centres on cost modelling for meal programmes, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would join a large organisation of about 868 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Automate recurring reports so they take hours, not days. • Build and update budgets and rolling forecasts with department leads. • Model the cost of meal programmes and recommend where to save. • Support pricing and investment decisions with careful analysis. • Prepare board and lender packs with clear charts. What we are looking for • Two to five years in financial analysis or a similar role. • Comfort presenting numbers to people who are not finance specialists. • Advanced Excel skills; SQL or BI experience helps. Nice to have • A relevant degree or certification. • Experience with family communication. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • Fully remote, with an occasional day on site in Virginia Beach. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
