Financial Analyst - cost modelling (remote)

Nova Beacon Financial is a financial-services company in Phoenix, and we need a Financial Analyst to lead our cost modelling. You would join a large organisation of more than 1,000 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Support pricing and investment decisions with careful analysis. • Explain monthly variances in plain language for managers. • Prepare board and lender packs with clear charts. • Build and update budgets and rolling forecasts with department leads. • Model the cost of vendor spend and recommend where to save. What we are looking for • Advanced Excel skills; SQL or BI experience helps. • Two to five years in financial analysis or a similar role. • Comfort presenting numbers to people who are not finance specialists. Nice to have • A relevant degree or certification. • Experience with loan applications. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • Remote-friendly, with quarterly visits in Phoenix. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
