Financial Analyst - cost modelling (remote)

We are growing our team at Silverline Meridian Legal Group Partners and adding a Financial Analyst whose main responsibility will be cost modelling. You would join a large organisation of about 905 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Explain monthly variances in plain language for managers. • Build and update budgets and rolling forecasts with department leads. • Prepare board and lender packs with clear charts. • Automate recurring reports so they take hours, not days. • Model the cost of client files and recommend where to save. What we are looking for • Advanced Excel skills; SQL or BI experience helps. • Comfort presenting numbers to people who are not finance specialists. • Two to five years in financial analysis or a similar role. Nice to have • A relevant degree or certification. • Experience with document review. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • Remote-friendly, with a monthly team day in Birmingham. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
