Financial Analyst - cost modelling (remote)

Bright Willow Early Learning Group is looking for a Financial Analyst. The job centres on cost modelling for meal programmes, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. Children come first and so does looking after the teachers. What you will do • Build and update budgets and rolling forecasts with department leads. • Automate recurring reports so they take hours, not days. • Model the cost of meal programmes and recommend where to save. • Support pricing and investment decisions with careful analysis. • Prepare board and lender packs with clear charts. What we are looking for • Comfort presenting numbers to people who are not finance specialists. • Two to five years in financial analysis or a similar role. • Advanced Excel skills; SQL or BI experience helps. Nice to have • A relevant degree or certification. • Experience with family communication. Working arrangement • Contract for six months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • Fully remote, with an occasional day on site in Hartford. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
