Financial Analyst - cost modelling (remote)

We are growing our team at Greenridge Wren Energy and adding a Financial Analyst whose main responsibility will be cost modelling. Reliability is the job, and people here take pride in answering the phone at 3 a.m. when needed. What you will do • Model the cost of meter readings and recommend where to save. • Automate recurring reports so they take hours, not days. • Build and update budgets and rolling forecasts with department leads. • Explain monthly variances in plain language for managers. • Prepare board and lender packs with clear charts. What we are looking for • Advanced Excel skills; SQL or BI experience helps. • Comfort presenting numbers to people who are not finance specialists. • Two to five years in financial analysis or a similar role. Nice to have • Experience with billing disputes. • A relevant degree or certification. Working arrangement • Contract for eight months, with a review at the end and a chance of extension. • Fully remote, with a monthly team day in Albuquerque. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
