Financial Analyst - cost modelling (remote)

Bright Loom Financial is a financial-services company in Indianapolis, and we need a Financial Analyst to lead our cost modelling. Trust is the product, so accuracy and clarity matter. What you will do • Explain monthly variances in plain language for managers. • Model the cost of vendor spend and recommend where to save. • Prepare board and lender packs with clear charts. • Build and update budgets and rolling forecasts with department leads. • Automate recurring reports so they take hours, not days. What we are looking for • Comfort presenting numbers to people who are not finance specialists. • Two to five years in financial analysis or a similar role. • Advanced Excel skills; SQL or BI experience helps. Nice to have • Experience with payment disputes. • A relevant degree or certification. Working arrangement • Full-time, on a regular day shift. • Fully remote, with an occasional day on site in Indianapolis. • We reply to every applicant.
