Financial Analyst - cost modelling (remote)

Summit Corner Water Authority is looking for a Financial Analyst. The job centres on cost modelling for treatment plant data, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. What you will do • Explain monthly variances in plain language for managers. • Build and update budgets and rolling forecasts with department leads. • Model the cost of treatment plant data and recommend where to save. • Support pricing and investment decisions with careful analysis. • Prepare board and lender packs with clear charts. What we are looking for • Two to five years in financial analysis or a similar role. • Advanced Excel skills; SQL or BI experience helps. • Comfort presenting numbers to people who are not finance specialists. Nice to have • A relevant degree or certification. • Experience with meter reading. Working arrangement • Contract for eight months, with a review at the end and a chance of extension. • Fully remote, with a monthly team day in Phoenix. • We reply to every applicant.
