Financial Analyst - cost modelling (remote)

Highbridge Beacon Early Learning runs childcare centres in Salt Lake City caring for infants, toddlers and preschoolers. We are hiring a Financial Analyst to take on cost modelling. Children come first and so does looking after the teachers. What you will do • Automate recurring reports so they take hours, not days. • Model the cost of meal programmes and recommend where to save. • Explain monthly variances in plain language for managers. • Support pricing and investment decisions with careful analysis. • Build and update budgets and rolling forecasts with department leads. What we are looking for • Two to five years in financial analysis or a similar role. • Advanced Excel skills; SQL or BI experience helps. • Comfort presenting numbers to people who are not finance specialists. Nice to have • A relevant degree or certification. • Experience with family communication. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 28 hours a week, with flexible days. • Remote-friendly, with an occasional day on site in Salt Lake City. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
