Financial Analyst - cost modelling (remote)

We are growing our team at Ironwood Wren Civic Services and adding a Financial Analyst whose main responsibility will be cost modelling. You would join a small organisation of about 50 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Prepare board and lender packs with clear charts. • Automate recurring reports so they take hours, not days. • Build and update budgets and rolling forecasts with department leads. • Model the cost of case files and recommend where to save. • Explain monthly variances in plain language for managers. What we are looking for • Two to five years in financial analysis or a similar role. • Advanced Excel skills; SQL or BI experience helps. • Comfort presenting numbers to people who are not finance specialists. Nice to have • Experience with public records. • A relevant degree or certification. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 28 hours a week, afternoons. • Fully remote, with quarterly visits in New Orleans. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
