Financial Analyst - cost modelling (remote)

Silverline Linden Telecom is a telecommunications provider in Oakland focused on reliable home and business connections, and we need a Financial Analyst to lead our cost modelling. We invest in training. What you will do • Build and update budgets and rolling forecasts with department leads. • Automate recurring reports so they take hours, not days. • Model the cost of outage reports and recommend where to save. • Prepare board and lender packs with clear charts. • Explain monthly variances in plain language for managers. What we are looking for • Two to five years in financial analysis or a similar role. • Advanced Excel skills; SQL or BI experience helps. • Comfort presenting numbers to people who are not finance specialists. Nice to have • Experience with field visits. • A relevant degree or certification. Working arrangement • Contract for four months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • Fully remote, with an occasional day on site in Oakland. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
