Financial Analyst - cost modelling (remote)

Northwind Cedar Civic Services supports public agencies in Tampa with budgeting, records and programmes, and we need a Financial Analyst to lead our cost modelling. You would join a large organisation of more than 1,000 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Support pricing and investment decisions with careful analysis. • Model the cost of permits and recommend where to save. • Build and update budgets and rolling forecasts with department leads. • Prepare board and lender packs with clear charts. • Automate recurring reports so they take hours, not days. What we are looking for • Two to five years in financial analysis or a similar role. • Advanced Excel skills; SQL or BI experience helps. • Comfort presenting numbers to people who are not finance specialists. Nice to have • Experience with budget submissions. • A relevant degree or certification. Working arrangement • Full-time, on a regular day shift. • Fully remote, with an occasional day on site in Tampa. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
