Financial Analyst - cost modelling (remote)

We are growing our team at Rivermark Orchard Energy and adding a Financial Analyst whose main responsibility will be cost modelling. We work closely with regulators and communities. What you will do • Model the cost of billing disputes and recommend where to save. • Support pricing and investment decisions with careful analysis. • Build and update budgets and rolling forecasts with department leads. • Automate recurring reports so they take hours, not days. • Prepare board and lender packs with clear charts. What we are looking for • Advanced Excel skills; SQL or BI experience helps. • Two to five years in financial analysis or a similar role. • Comfort presenting numbers to people who are not finance specialists. Nice to have • A relevant degree or certification. • Experience with hardship programmes. Working arrangement • Contract for three months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • Fully remote, with an occasional day on site in Virginia Beach. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
