Financial Analyst - cost modelling (remote)

Ironwood Linden Civic Services is looking for a Financial Analyst. The job centres on cost modelling for procurement, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. Public service means patience, paperwork and pride in the outcome. What you will do • Model the cost of procurement and recommend where to save. • Explain monthly variances in plain language for managers. • Support pricing and investment decisions with careful analysis. • Automate recurring reports so they take hours, not days. • Prepare board and lender packs with clear charts. What we are looking for • Comfort presenting numbers to people who are not finance specialists. • Two to five years in financial analysis or a similar role. • Advanced Excel skills; SQL or BI experience helps. Nice to have • Experience with permits. • A relevant degree or certification. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 20 hours a week, mornings. • Fully remote, with an occasional day on site in Dallas. • We reply to every applicant.
