Financial Analyst - cost modelling (Raleigh, NC)

We are growing our team at Amberfield Maple Early Learning and adding a Financial Analyst whose main responsibility will be cost modelling. You would join a small organisation of about 24 people based in Raleigh. What you will do • Automate recurring reports so they take hours, not days. • Build and update budgets and rolling forecasts with department leads. • Explain monthly variances in plain language for managers. • Model the cost of tuition and subsidies and recommend where to save. • Prepare board and lender packs with clear charts. What we are looking for • Comfort presenting numbers to people who are not finance specialists. • Two to five years in financial analysis or a similar role. • Advanced Excel skills; SQL or BI experience helps. Nice to have • Experience with classroom supplies. • A relevant degree or certification. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 16 hours a week, spread across three days. • On site in Raleigh. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
