Financial Analyst - cost modelling (Providence, RI)

Fernwood Maple Learning Group runs classrooms and tutoring across the Providence area. We are hiring a Financial Analyst to take on cost modelling. Families are partners. What you will do • Automate recurring reports so they take hours, not days. • Prepare board and lender packs with clear charts. • Build and update budgets and rolling forecasts with department leads. • Model the cost of school calendars and recommend where to save. • Support pricing and investment decisions with careful analysis. What we are looking for • Advanced Excel skills; SQL or BI experience helps. • Comfort presenting numbers to people who are not finance specialists. • Two to five years in financial analysis or a similar role. Nice to have • Experience with student accounts. • A relevant degree or certification. Working arrangement • Contract for four months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • On site in Providence. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
