Financial Analyst - cost modelling (Providence, RI)

Fernwood Mill Transit Planning is looking for a Financial Analyst. The job centres on cost modelling for accessibility audits, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. We like people who ride the bus and notice when things do not work. What you will do • Build and update budgets and rolling forecasts with department leads. • Prepare board and lender packs with clear charts. • Support pricing and investment decisions with careful analysis. • Model the cost of accessibility audits and recommend where to save. • Automate recurring reports so they take hours, not days. What we are looking for • Comfort presenting numbers to people who are not finance specialists. • Advanced Excel skills; SQL or BI experience helps. • Two to five years in financial analysis or a similar role.
