Financial Analyst - cost modelling (Portland, OR)

Stonegate Rook Water Authority operates treatment plants and pipelines around Portland, and we need a Financial Analyst to lead our cost modelling. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Automate recurring reports so they take hours, not days. • Prepare board and lender packs with clear charts. • Support pricing and investment decisions with careful analysis. • Build and update budgets and rolling forecasts with department leads. • Explain monthly variances in plain language for managers. What we are looking for • Advanced Excel skills; SQL or BI experience helps. • Comfort presenting numbers to people who are not finance specialists. • Two to five years in financial analysis or a similar role. Nice to have • A relevant degree or certification. • Experience with pipe repairs. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 20 hours a week, afternoons. • On site in Portland. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
