Financial Analyst - cost modelling (Portland, OR)

Greenridge Granite Water Authority is looking for a Financial Analyst. The job centres on cost modelling for treatment plant data, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. What you will do • Model the cost of treatment plant data and recommend where to save. • Support pricing and investment decisions with careful analysis. • Prepare board and lender packs with clear charts. • Build and update budgets and rolling forecasts with department leads. • Automate recurring reports so they take hours, not days. What we are looking for • Comfort presenting numbers to people who are not finance specialists. • Advanced Excel skills; SQL or BI experience helps. • Two to five years in financial analysis or a similar role. Nice to have • A relevant degree or certification. • Experience with water quality. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 16 hours a week, mornings. • On site in Portland. • We reply to every applicant.
