Financial Analyst - cost modelling (Pittsburgh, PA)

We are growing our team at Highbridge Thistle Learning Group and adding a Financial Analyst whose main responsibility will be cost modelling. Collaboration between teachers and staff is strong. What you will do • Prepare board and lender packs with clear charts. • Model the cost of student accounts and recommend where to save. • Build and update budgets and rolling forecasts with department leads. • Support pricing and investment decisions with careful analysis. • Explain monthly variances in plain language for managers. What we are looking for • Comfort presenting numbers to people who are not finance specialists. • Two to five years in financial analysis or a similar role. • Advanced Excel skills; SQL or BI experience helps. Nice to have • Experience with family communication. • A relevant degree or certification. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 28 hours a week, afternoons. • On site in Pittsburgh. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
