Financial Analyst - cost modelling (Pittsburgh, PA)

We are growing our team at Rivermark Lantern Learning Group and adding a Financial Analyst whose main responsibility will be cost modelling. You would join a small organisation of about 34 people based in Pittsburgh. What you will do • Model the cost of school calendars and recommend where to save. • Prepare board and lender packs with clear charts. • Build and update budgets and rolling forecasts with department leads. • Support pricing and investment decisions with careful analysis. • Explain monthly variances in plain language for managers. What we are looking for • Two to five years in financial analysis or a similar role. • Comfort presenting numbers to people who are not finance specialists. • Advanced Excel skills; SQL or BI experience helps. Nice to have • A relevant degree or certification. • Experience with attendance records. Working arrangement • Full-time, on a regular day shift. • On site in Pittsburgh, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We reply to every applicant.
