Financial Analyst - cost modelling (Phoenix, AZ)

We are growing our team at Northwind Hollow Energy Partners and adding a Financial Analyst whose main responsibility will be cost modelling. We work closely with regulators and communities. What you will do • Support pricing and investment decisions with careful analysis. • Model the cost of hardship programmes and recommend where to save. • Build and update budgets and rolling forecasts with department leads. • Prepare board and lender packs with clear charts. • Automate recurring reports so they take hours, not days. What we are looking for • Two to five years in financial analysis or a similar role. • Comfort presenting numbers to people who are not finance specialists. • Advanced Excel skills; SQL or BI experience helps. Nice to have • A relevant degree or certification. • Experience with billing disputes. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 24 hours a week, with flexible days. • On site in Phoenix, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
