Financial Analyst - cost modelling (Orlando, FL)

We are growing our team at Harborlight Sable Financial and adding a Financial Analyst whose main responsibility will be cost modelling. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Prepare board and lender packs with clear charts. • Explain monthly variances in plain language for managers. • Support pricing and investment decisions with careful analysis. • Automate recurring reports so they take hours, not days. • Model the cost of payment disputes and recommend where to save. What we are looking for • Two to five years in financial analysis or a similar role. • Comfort presenting numbers to people who are not finance specialists. • Advanced Excel skills; SQL or BI experience helps. Nice to have • Experience with loan applications. • A relevant degree or certification. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 16 hours a week, spread across three days. • On site in Orlando, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
