Financial Analyst - cost modelling (Omaha, NE)

Redstone Oak Banking Services is a regional lender in Omaha with branches and a growing mobile service, and we need a Financial Analyst to lead our cost modelling. Most people here started in a branch and stayed. What you will do • Build and update budgets and rolling forecasts with department leads. • Explain monthly variances in plain language for managers. • Model the cost of fraud alerts and recommend where to save. • Support pricing and investment decisions with careful analysis. • Prepare board and lender packs with clear charts. What we are looking for • Two to five years in financial analysis or a similar role. • Advanced Excel skills; SQL or BI experience helps. • Comfort presenting numbers to people who are not finance specialists. Nice to have • A relevant degree or certification. • Experience with deposit accounts. Working arrangement • Contract for twelve months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • On site in Omaha, with some flexibility after the first few months. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
