Financial Analyst - cost modelling (Oklahoma City, OK)

Cedar Glen Banking Services is a community-focused bank in Oklahoma City serving households and small businesses. We are hiring a Financial Analyst to take on cost modelling. You would join a small organisation of about 137 people based in Oklahoma City. What you will do • Support pricing and investment decisions with careful analysis. • Build and update budgets and rolling forecasts with department leads. • Explain monthly variances in plain language for managers. • Model the cost of card disputes and recommend where to save. • Automate recurring reports so they take hours, not days. What we are looking for • Comfort presenting numbers to people who are not finance specialists. • Two to five years in financial analysis or a similar role. • Advanced Excel skills; SQL or BI experience helps. Nice to have • Experience with branch operations. • A relevant degree or certification. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 24 hours a week, afternoons. • On site in Oklahoma City. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
