Financial Analyst - cost modelling (Oakland, CA)

We are growing our team at Lumen Rook Manufacturing Partners and adding a Financial Analyst whose main responsibility will be cost modelling. You would join a small organisation of about 30 people based in Oakland. What you will do • Automate recurring reports so they take hours, not days. • Build and update budgets and rolling forecasts with department leads. • Prepare board and lender packs with clear charts. • Model the cost of machine downtime and recommend where to save. • Support pricing and investment decisions with careful analysis. What we are looking for • Two to five years in financial analysis or a similar role. • Comfort presenting numbers to people who are not finance specialists. • Advanced Excel skills; SQL or BI experience helps. Nice to have • A relevant degree or certification. • Experience with customer orders. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 16 hours a week, with flexible days. • On site in Oakland. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
