Financial Analyst - cost modelling (Nashville, TN)

Ironwood Pike Early Learning is an early-learning provider in Nashville, and we need a Financial Analyst to lead our cost modelling. You would join a large organisation of about 833 people based in Nashville. What you will do • Support pricing and investment decisions with careful analysis. • Model the cost of meal programmes and recommend where to save. • Automate recurring reports so they take hours, not days. • Explain monthly variances in plain language for managers. • Build and update budgets and rolling forecasts with department leads. What we are looking for • Advanced Excel skills; SQL or BI experience helps. • Two to five years in financial analysis or a similar role. • Comfort presenting numbers to people who are not finance specialists.
