Financial Analyst - cost modelling (Nashville, TN)

We are growing our team at Harborlight Union Foods Group and adding a Financial Analyst whose main responsibility will be cost modelling. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Model the cost of cold storage and recommend where to save. • Explain monthly variances in plain language for managers. • Build and update budgets and rolling forecasts with department leads. • Support pricing and investment decisions with careful analysis. • Prepare board and lender packs with clear charts. What we are looking for • Two to five years in financial analysis or a similar role. • Comfort presenting numbers to people who are not finance specialists. • Advanced Excel skills; SQL or BI experience helps. Nice to have • Experience with allergen controls. • A relevant degree or certification. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 16 hours a week, afternoons. • On site in Nashville. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
