Financial Analyst - cost modelling (Nashville, TN)

Silverline Fern Banking Services is looking for a Financial Analyst. The job centres on cost modelling for card disputes, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. We promote from within and train well. What you will do • Support pricing and investment decisions with careful analysis. • Automate recurring reports so they take hours, not days. • Explain monthly variances in plain language for managers. • Prepare board and lender packs with clear charts. • Build and update budgets and rolling forecasts with department leads. What we are looking for • Two to five years in financial analysis or a similar role. • Comfort presenting numbers to people who are not finance specialists. • Advanced Excel skills; SQL or BI experience helps. Nice to have • Experience with deposit accounts. • A relevant degree or certification. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 24 hours a week, spread across three days. • On site in Nashville, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
