Financial Analyst - cost modelling (Minneapolis, MN)

Foxglove Lakeside Civic Services works with county and city offices around Minneapolis. We are hiring a Financial Analyst to take on cost modelling. You would join a small organisation of about 11 people based in Minneapolis. What you will do • Prepare board and lender packs with clear charts. • Explain monthly variances in plain language for managers. • Support pricing and investment decisions with careful analysis. • Model the cost of permits and recommend where to save. • Automate recurring reports so they take hours, not days. What we are looking for • Comfort presenting numbers to people who are not finance specialists. • Two to five years in financial analysis or a similar role. • Advanced Excel skills; SQL or BI experience helps. Nice to have • A relevant degree or certification. • Experience with constituent requests. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 24 hours a week, mornings. • On site in Minneapolis, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
